Built in the 1960’s, this 12-story apartment building was in serious need of renovation to stay competitive in the historic Mount Vernon market. By reclaiming some commercial office space, the once tight entry now boasts a spacious lobby with a modern aesthetic.

A branded feature wall can be seen from the street through a wall of glass. The clients desire was for a modern vibrant space. The design team used a soft neutral palette for the permanent finishes while displaying vivid colors in the furniture and graphic wall coverings throughout the space. Residents enjoy many amenities, including a modern club room, business center, fitness center, coffee bar and rooftop pool.
